Why the B Vitamins are important in the fight against and the prevention of Dementia and Alzheimers.

Studies show that large quantities of Vitamin B are able to slow mild cognitive impairment, which is an early stage of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Studies have shown that these vitamins work together to prevent mental decline, Dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.

However, B vitamins are not effective, unless the body is properly supplied with the omega-3 fatty acids. The Scientific Study report from Oxford, Cape Town and , Oslo and UAE Universities which in conclusion said:

When omega-3 fatty acid concentrations are low, B vitamin treatment has no effect on cognitive decline in MCI, but when omega-3 levels are in the upper normal range, B vitamin see interact to slow cognitive decline.

All the B complex vitamins are vital for your overall health. But three of them — B6, B12, and folic acid (B9) — are especially critical for brain health. Studies have shown that these vitamins work together to prevent mental decline, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.
