The postman or delivery agent should post single items straight through your letterbox. Our product is designed to be Royal Mail ‘ Large Letter’ size, which means at 2cm thick it will easily fit through your letter box. We have reduced their size by packing them into carefully designed Blister packs that ensure the carton is small enough to comfortably fit into a standard letter box. If you order 2 or more the packages are slightly larger and will be delivered like any other parcel.
If you purchase multiple items at once , we will send them tracked 48 hour delivery. Given the value of your items we want you to be assured of their delivery.

Our products are tested during the manufacturing and packaging process to very high standards. If you have any issues with the product, blister packaging or carton please let us know at admin@vitacuity.com and we will replace your product immediately and organise to take a return of the defective item so that we may investigate and remedy the fault.
